2017年10月12-14日，何旭辉教授受邀赴日本参加第12届中日韩风工程论坛（The 12th China-Japan-Korea International Workshop on Wind Engineering, CJK2017），并作了题为《Suppression of Wake Induced Vibration of Tandem Stay Cables Using Connectors》的大会报告，与中日韩三国风工程专家进行了很好的交流。

会议背景：

The 12th China-Japan-Korea International Workshop on Wind Engineering - CJK2017 is held on October 13 - 14, 2017 in Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi, Japan, hosted by Japan Association for Wind Engineering (JAWE). CJK workshop provides a constructive forum for exchanging the latest advances and disseminating knowledge in the broad field of wind engineering. We believe the inter-research based cooperation is very important and necessary for developing wind engineering research inside China, Japan and Korea who have similar wind climates.
